Family
Life
Center
was
completed
in 1979 ,
 and
dedication
ceremonies
were
held
April
1. The
building
was
planned
as a
means of
leading
people
to a
saving
knowledge
of Jesus
Christ
through
creative
outreach
activities,
to
provide
meaningful
educational
and
religious
activities
to lead
Christians
to a
deeper
commitment
to His
service
and to
provide
wholesome
leisure-time
activities
to
strengthen
the
fellowship
of
church
members. The
Family
Life
Center
is open
on Tuesday
for open
gym, and
Thursday
is Ladies
Night.
The
building
is open
other
times as
scheduled.
The
activities
ministry
of First
Baptist
Church
is a
tool of
in-reach
and
out-reach
for our
congregation
and
community.
It is
not an
end in
itself,
but a
way to
bring
fellowship
to
believers
and draw
others
to
Christ.
